Welcome
Through the many changes, challenges and transitions I have experienced in life, I have learned many powerful lessons. One of the most important things I have learned is that Peace is Power! I have learned that vision and success are born of a peaceful mind. Through my the challenging moments, I learned that freedom grows from a peace-filled heart. When my back was against a wall, I learned that grace and mercy abound in a peaceful state of being. The peace that I have come to value and pursue does mean only the absence of chaos and conflict. The peace that has sustained me is the peace of knowing that no matter what, I will be okay. In fact, I will be better than that — I will thrive!
Another lesson that I have learned is that peace begins on the inside and is sustained and advanced by the energy that surrounds the physical being. I discovered that even when I felt peaceful; thought I was peaceful and advanced a peaceful agenda, certain things could and did knock me off of my center. It was energy. All things are energy. It wasn't enough for me to be in a peaceful state of mind or being, I learned that it was also necessary to create, maintain and embody peace-filled energy.
